Experiences

This is a great place to enjoy a day in the sun with the entire family. Swimming, sunning, walking and viewing nature are popular activities. Venice is known for the prehistoric sharks' teeth that wash onshore, so keep an eye out for these tiny relics. If you enjoy diving, there are several man-made reefs at various distances just offshore. Venice Beach is located near the heart of downtown Venice, at the west end of Venice Avenue. Lifeguards are on duty during daylight hours for a limited section of the beach.
